1. Overview

Welcome to Tickle My Fancy Boudoir! By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or booking a session.

2. Bookings & Retainers

All sessions are booked personally via email and invoice.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. Retainer amounts vary depending on current promotions and will be clearly communicated before booking.

Your session is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance, if any, is due by the session date or as stated in your invoice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

No-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the session will forfeit the retainer. A new retainer will be required to reschedule.

Tickle My Fancy Boudoir may reschedule sessions in the event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, your retainer will be applied to the new date.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Square. We do not store credit card information. For details on how Square protects your payment data, visit Square’s Privacy Policy.

Prices, fees, and promotions are subject to change. Once your retainer is paid, your session price is locked in and will not change due to future rate adjustments.

5. Photo Delivery & Digital Products

Edited photos, albums, and digital galleries are delivered within the timeline communicated after your session. Final image selection and edits are at the photographer’s discretion to maintain artistic and brand consistency.

All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges are available for images, prints, or digital products.

6. Copyright & Image Usage

All images created by Tickle My Fancy Boudoir are protected under U.S. copyright law and remain the sole property of the photographer.

Clients receive personal-use rights only. Images may be shared privately or on social media for personal enjoyment but may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

Images may not be used for training artificial intelligence (AI) models or automated data collection.

Tickle My Fancy Boudoir reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.

7. Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and professional environment, Tickle My Fancy Boudoir is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during sessions. By booking, you release the photographer from liability related to the session or image use.

8. Website Use

All website content — including text, images, and design — is owned by Tickle My Fancy Boudoir and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Pinellas County, Florida.
